By engaging with Barahi Builders (hereinafter “the Company”) for services, you agree to comply with these terms. Any deviations require written agreement.

Parties agree to mediate disputes in Kathmandu, Nepal, before pursuing legal action.
Neither party is liable for delays/cancellations caused by earthquakes, floods, or government actions.
